The prices mentioned above are exclusive of all taxes. At present taxes are applicable as follows:
· If you are in Maharashtra State, add 12.5 % VAT.
· If you are outside Maharashtra State, and if you can provide 'C' form, then please add 4% Central Sales Tax.
· If you are outside Maharashtra State, and if you can not provide 'C' form, then please add 12.5 % Central Sales Tax.
· Octroi (wherever applicable) will have to be paid extra by the purchaser.
· Add Rs. 250/- as freight charges for any order.
Upon receiving your confirmed purchase order (see details below), we dispatch the ordered software on C.O.D. basis. i.e. When the parcel (it usually includes a CD or floppy disk(s) and a user's manual) arrives in your city / town, you will need to hand over a Demand Draft (drawn in favour of "SPJ Systems", payable at Pune) for the full amount to courier delivery person, so he will deliver the parcel to you. Also, if you are outside Maharashtra State and you want us to charge the concessional CST (i.e. 4 %) then you will also need to hand-over the 'C' form to the courier delivery person. In order to facilitate you to keep the 'C' form and Demand Draft ready, we can fax or email you a copy of the Invoice or Proforma Invoice on request.
· Your PO number and date.
· Name(s) of the product(s) which you wish to purchase.
· Price, quantity and amount for each product.
· Total of amount.
· Taxes and freight.
· Grand Total.
· Date on which we should dispatch (this is important, so that by the time the parcel reaches there, you can keep the Demand Draft and 'C' form - if any - ready).
· Your State and Central Sales Tax registration numbers.
· If your organization is exempt from paying octroi, then please attach the "Octroi Exemption Certificate" with the PO.
· To send material into certain states (e.g. West Bengal, U.P.), a document called as Waybill is required. In such case, the Waybill must be attached with the PO. If you need a copy of the Invoice or Proforma Invoice for this purpose, you can request us to email / fax it to you.
