To install C251 Demo :

Create a temporary directory on your hard disk (e.g. C:\TEMP) and copy the file C251D.EXE in it. Then run C251D.EXE. It will create some files, including INSTALL.EXE. To install the demo, just run INSTALL.EXE, and then follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation. When installation is complete, you will see many files and sub-directories in the path where you chose to install the C251 Demo. It includes C251.EXE (the compiler) and ASM251.EXE (the Assembler). It also contains a sub-directory MANUALS. It contains COMPILER.DOC and COMPILER.TXT which are MS Word format and ASCII format user's manuals for the C compiler, respectively.

Since this is Demo version, we have kept some restrictions on it's use. It is full feature compiler with only two limitations : It will not compile programs more than 200 lines long and it will not generate more than 2KBytes of code.
